Craig Griffin serves as Chief Business Development Officer for Bradley-Morris. Prior to joining his firm, he served as a US Army Aviator with the 101st Airborne Division—earning the Meritorious Service Medal, Airborne Badge and Air Assault Badge. Craig qualified to fly the UH-1 Huey, OH-58 A/C Kiowa and AH-1 Cobra. Craig earned a business degree at Furman as well as Certified Personnel Consultant designation.
Kenneth Ludden is currently the Manager of Talent Acquisition for the Electrification Products Division (US) with ABB, a leading global technology company in power and automation—enabling customers to improve performance while lowering environmental impact—operating in roughly 100 countries and employing about 135,000 people. He is a former senior executive with several Fortune 500 companies as well as Owner / President of an executive consulting & coaching business. Kenneth is a veteran of the US Air Force and the first Gulf War where his crew flew 25 combat sorties. Ken holds a BS (Aviation Management) from Oklahoma State University and a MA (Management) from Webster University.
Chris Vansickle serves as a HR Business Partner with ABB supporting sites in Missouri and Tennessee. He brings a wealth of experience in human resource management, including participating as a charter member of ConAgra’s Military Veteran recruiting initiative in his previous role. As a graduate of the US Naval Academy and former Surface Warrior Officer, Chris has a great passion for Veteran inclusion and deep empathy for those transitioning from military service.
Walé Soluade is the Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Centene Corporation where he provides leadership, coordination and strategic planning for inclusion and diversity with an emphasis on alignment between employee engagement, business drivers and competitive position, as well as managing strategic partnerships in the inclusion and diversity community. He’s a member of the Urban League Young Professionals of Metropolitan St. Louis and Regional Business Council – Leadership 100, among numerous additional affiliations.
